HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.44810 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking up the Revision vide ROC No.D4/12268 of 2016, dated 03.06.2017 filed by the petitioner along with stay petition, against the proceedings vide D.Dis.(H)/531/2016, dated 27.10.2016, issued by the 3rd respondent.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the petitioner filed civil suit in OS.No.2/2016 against the 5th respondent and also obtained injunction in IA.No.19/2016 in OS.No.2/2016, dated 04.01.2016.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to take up the stay petition filed by the petitioner in Revision vide ROC No.D4/12268 of 2016, and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the 5th respondent.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions, shall stand closed.
