HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.44784 of 2018 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not mutating the names of the petitioners in revenue records as successors of their predecessor late Akula Mallaiah in respect of agricultural lands admeasuring Ac.0.22 guntas in Sy.No.81/AA, Ac.0.11 guntas in Sy.No.82/AA, Ac.0.11 guntas in Sy.No.82/E, Ac.0.33 guntas in Sy.No.79/P2/AA, Ac.0.35 guntas in Sy.No.80/A/P2, Ac.1.22 1⁄2 guntas in Sy.No.81/AA/P2, Ac.0.11 guntas in Sy.No.79/AA, Ac.0.21 guntas in Sy.No.81/A and an extent of Ac.0.20 guntas in Sy.No.82/E, situated at Nyalkal Village Shivar of Mopal Mandal, Nizambad District, and in not issuing new title book-cum-pattedar pass book and also in not giving the benefits under 'Rythu Bandhu' scheme. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits the petitioners have to make necessary application in Form 6A.
Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners will make necessary application.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to make necessary application in Form 6A along with necessary documents before the 2nd respondent and on such application the 2nd
respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of application from the petitioners. No order as to costs.
