The only grievance of the petitioner is that he filed application dated 03.07.2015 for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of land to an extent of Ac.4.96 cents in Sy.No.371/6, situated at Kanumalla Village, Singarayakonda Mandal, Prakasam District. As the same is not being disposed of till date, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue who states that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner. In view of the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner, in accordance with law and take action. No order as to costs.
