Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation on 27.01.2017 to the 3rd respondent to consider his case for promotion as Work Inspector Grade-III & Work Inspector Grade-II notionally as per his eligibility and seniority, and that the 3rd respondent has not considered the same. 2.

The Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dt.27.01.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
