When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner submitted a representation to respondent No.3 herein on 06.11.2017, but no action has been taken by respondent No.3 so far on the said representation. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct respondent No.3 herein to verify and take appropriate action on the said representation strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, directing respondent No.3 to verify the representation, dated 06.11.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also entitled to make a further representation to respondent No.3 for consideration within a period of one week from today. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
