When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader informed that the petitioner is not working in the 4th respondent-college and he is working in Government service. The said fact was not disputed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. In view of the same, the cause in this writ petition does not survive.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
