Petitioners' grievance is that they had applied online on 26.04.2017 and by representation dt.22.09.2017 to the 4th respondent for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the subject property, and that the 4th respondent has not passed any orders thereon till date. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider the said applications within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's applications dt.26.04.2017 and 22.09.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
