Heard. The order of attachment of salary is suspended but whatever amount so far deducted, the D.Hr. is entitled to withdraw by filing cheque petition and subject to that the suspension shall continue for three months from today so that in the meantime, the J.Dr. to liquidate the entire amount. Failing which the order holds good without any further reference to the Court for the Disbursement Officer to proceed pursuant to the execution of the order.
