Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

In all these Writ Petitions, the petitioners' grievance is that petitioners sought for survey of the lands claimed by them from 5th respondent and having issued notice of survey, he has not concluded it.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that some of the persons in the survey numbers, where the petitioners claimed their lands, have objected to the survey and that was why the survey could not be completed by 5th respondent. 4.

If third parties object to the survey, nothing prevented the 5th respondent from obtaining police aid for completing the survey and he cannot take the pretext that third parties are obstructing the survey. 5.

Therefore, the 5th respondent is directed to take, if necessary, assistance of the local police and complete the survey after giving notice to all affected parties, within six weeks from today. 6.

Accordingly, all the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
