THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Tr.C.M.P.No.802 of 2018 O R D E R:

This Tr.CMP. is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking transfer of O.P.No.197 of 2018 on the file of the II Additional Family Court Judge, Ranga Reddy at Kukatpally to the Family Court Judge at Vijayawada to be tried along with O.P.No.751 of 2018 pending on the file of the latter Court.

Though this Tr.CMP. is filed before the creation of separate High Court for the State of Andhra Pradesh with effect from 01.01.2019, after the creation of said High Court, transfer of a case pending in a Court in the State of Telangana to a Court in the State of Andhra Pradesh, cannot be made by this Court. 3.

Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, this Tr.C.M.P. is rejected. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
