HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Heard Sri J.Mohan Singh, learned counsel for petitioner, Sri R.Vinod Reddy learned standing counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 4, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned standing counsel appearing for 5th respondent.

It is stated by counsel on both sides that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.18.12.2015 passed in WP.No.32614 of 2015.

Therefore, for reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also allowed. The respondents 1 to 4 are directed to provide electricity service connection along with electricity meter to the subject property on payment of requisite charges therefor within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, and this shall be subject to further directions which may be issued by the State of Telangana or by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP pending before it challenging the judgment of a Division Bench dt.12.09.2012 in WP.No.20407 of 2008 and batch. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
