This Civil Revision Petition is filed by petitioner herein assailing the inaction of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, at Warangal in deciding I.A.No.1019 of 2015 in O.S.No.598 of 2012 on his file. 2.

Since the said I.A. appears to have been filed more than three

(03) years back, the said Court is directed to decide the said I.A. after hearing the contesting parties within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the II Additional Senior Civil Judge, at Warangal to decide the said I.A. after hearing the contesting parties within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
