This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ accused No.2, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.27 of 2017 on the file of the Dumbriguda Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences under Section 20(b)(ii)(c) read with 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused No.2, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3 .

In the course of hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor brought to the notice of this Court that earlier bail application of the petitioner/ accused No.2, along with the other accused, was dismissed by this Court by order, dated 27.07.2017, passed in Crl.P.No.4719 of 2017.

There are no changed circumstances brought to the notice of this Court and as such, there is nothing to take a different view.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
