HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 43219 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus against the respondents 1 and 2 for furnishing the salary particulars of the petitioner from 01.01.1976 to 31.12.2004 for using it in pending proceedings before the Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad, in C.C.No.30 of 2013.

Since the regular proceedings are going on before the CBI Court, it is for the petitioner to file appropriate application in the pending proceedings and for that purpose liberty is given to the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition for taking appropriate proceedings before the CBI Court.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings before the CBI Court. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
