The relief sought for by the writ petitioner comes within the jurisdiction of the A.P. Administrative Tribunal. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
