CVNR, J C.C.Nos.2731, 2743, 2744 of 2017 Dt: 23.02.2018 Common Order :

These Contempt Cases are filed alleging willful disobedience of Common Order, dated 12-02-2016, in WP.No.3296 of 2016 and batch, by the respondents.

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Mr.Ravi Cheemalapati, learned Standing Counsel for Panchayat Raj Institutions appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5 in all the Contempt Cases and for respondent No.6 also in CC.No.97 of 2018, submitted that the afore-mentioned Common Order of this Court has been fully complied with in respect of all the petitioners in these Contempt Cases.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners has admitted to the above submission.

As the afore-mentioned Common Order of this Court stood complied with in all respects, all these Contempt Cases are closed.
