This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.6, for grant of bail in Crime No.228 of 2016 of Hussainialam Police Station, Hyderabad City, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 302, 120-B, 212 read with 149 of IPC and Section 27(3) of the Arms Act.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.6 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3.

As per the material placed on record, there are grave allegations of commission of offence under Section 302 IPC besides other provisions of IPC are imminently present against the petitioner/A.6. His earlier bail applications were dismissed by this Court. There are no change of circumstances. The gravity of offences is also high. The petitioner does not deserve bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
