2019-01-22Sanjay Kumar2 pages

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.44877 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the revenue authorities are not undertaking survey and demarcation of land pursuant to his application dated 05.3.2018.

It appears that the petitioner made a representation on 05.3.2018 to the office of the Tahsildar, Laxmidevipalli Mandal, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District, after making payment of Rs.350/- to the Government of Telangana under Treasury challan dated 28.12.2017.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that the procedure adopted by the petitioner is not in accordance with the prescribed format as an application for survey has to be made through Mee-seva by way of a F-line petition.

In these circumstances, Sri R.R.Kalyan, learned counsel for the petitioner, would state that the petitioner may be given liberty to make a proper application in the prescribed format. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of permitting the petitioner to make a proper application in the prescribed format if he wants survey to be undertaken by the revenue authorities of any particular land.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ____________________ JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR 22nd January, 2019 DR
