This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 27.06.2017 passed in I.A.No.2661 of 2014 in A.S.No.183 of 2013 on the file of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Today this Court allowed Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.1377 of 2017. This civil revision petition is connected to the said C.M.A. 3.

In view of the orders passed in C.M.A.No.1377 of 2017, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed setting aside the order dated 27.06.2017 passed in I.A.No.2661 of 2014 in A.S.No.183 of 2013 on the file of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and remanding the matter to the appellate Court for fresh disposal in accordance with law. The appellate Court is hereby directed to dispose of the appeal, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.
