This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 1 to 3 in not initiating proceedings against respondents 4 to 7 for running Srinivasa 70 MM A/c Deluxe Theatre without any 'B' form licence.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since petitioner has given consent for renewal of the licence and since licence has been granted, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
