This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.125 of 2017 on the file of Chinna Chowk U/ g Police Station, Kadapa, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 408, 418, 420, 120-B r/ w 34 IPC.

After arguing the matter for awhile, Sri S. Yogesh, learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.1, requested this Court to direct the concerned to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., and the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Ar n esh Ku m ar v. St at e of Bih ar an d an ot h er 1 In view of the request made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Police of Chinna Chowk U/ g Police Station, Kadapa, YSR Kadapa District, are directed to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., and the guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court in Ar n esh Ku m ar v.
