ORDER
This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/A2 seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.778 of 2017 on the file of Kushaiguda Police Station, Rachakonda District, against him.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
