The petitioner, in this writ petition assails the in-action on the part of the 4th respondent in considering the applications made by the petitioner, the latest being made on 02-10-2018 to enter his name in 'online records' of the revenue records in respect of his lands to an extent of Ac.9-11 cents situated in Chinnachowk village, mandal and & district YSR Kadapa, as being illegal, arbitrary and for issuance of appropriate consequential directions to meet the ends of justice.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3.
When an application is made by the petitioner, it is for the competent authority to consider the same and pass orders thereon, but it cannot be kept pending without passing any orders for unspecified period, when such an application is made as long back as on 02-10-2018 seeking the relief therein. However, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that no supporting documents are filed along the
application of the petitioner and therefore, the authorities could not dispose of the application of the petitioner. 4.
In that view of the matter, it is open for the petitioner to make a fresh application along with necessary documents proving his ownership over the land in question and on such an application being filed by the petitioner, 4th respondent to consider the application of the petitioner and take action by making necessary corrections in online revenue records, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of a fresh application by the petitioner. 5.
With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
