Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied in Form 6A on 30.10.2014 for mutation of his name in revenue records to the 4th respondent in respect of the subject land and contends that the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 4th respondent will dispose of the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the said application within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
