HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Civil Revision Petition Nos.7258 and 7293 of 2017 Common Order:

When the matters are taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the present Civil Revision Petitions are pending, the suit itself was disposed of and, in view of the same, he seeks liberty to the petitioner to take the objection with regard to disposal of I.A.Nos.265 and 266 of 2017 in the appeal that may be preferred against the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.30 of 2007. Granting liberty as sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
