HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.43457 of 2017 O R D E R:- The petitioner prays for the following relief: "............Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the respondent No.3 in calling the petitioner to the police station time and again and making petitioner sit in the police station without there being any complaint or case registered against petitioner, as being illegal, arbitrary..........."
The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that in a few old cases pending against the petitioner, the competent Court issued NBW's and the efforts of respondents are only to reach the petitioner to execute NBW's.
This Court is of the view that calling of petitioner to Station or the deputy's of 3rd respondent going to the house of petitioner for executing NBW's cannot be treated as interfering with liberty of petitioner.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
Writ petition is accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.
