HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.44867 of 2018 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that respondents are not uploading the name of his village i.e. Jangalapalli Village in the official website and in the Maabhoomi website inspite of representation made by him on 20-10-2018. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced instructions stating that it is not possible to accede to the prayer of the petitioner, since all revenue records stands in the of Pangur Revenue Village.

It is stated that representation of the petitioner is pending before the Sub-Collector concerned. It is to be seen that when representation is pending before the Sub-Collector, the Sub-Collector should have passed the order stating so and communicate the same to the petitioner and if petitioner is aggrieved by the same, he could have challenged the same. In view of the same, the 3rd respondent-Sub-Collector is directed to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by taking into the above factors and communicate the same to the petitioner to enable him to challenge the same, if he is so aggrieved.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the

disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
