THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.7059 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petitions is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 08.11.2017 passed in I.A.No.1520 of 2017 in O.S.No.406 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa, YSR Kadapa District. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.

In the result, granting the liberty as sought for, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
