O R D E R

The case of the petitioners is that they are landless poor persons and by virtue of the house site pattas issued by the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, during the year 1995, they have been in possession and enjoyment of the subject property. Now their grievance is that the respondents without following due process of law, are interfering with their possession. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that before taking any action, respondents will follow due process of law.

Recording the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the possession of the petitioners over the subject property without following the due procedure under law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
