C.R.P.No.4396 of 2017 is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 07.07.2017 in O.S.No.46 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the IV Additional District Judge at Kadapa.

C.R.P.No.6907 of 2017 is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 13.11.2017 in I.A.No.1286 of 2017 in O.S.No.46 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the IV Additional District Judge at Kadapa.

C.R.P.No.6965 of 2017 is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 13.11.2017 in I.A.No.1287 of 2017 in O.S.No.46 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the IV Additional District Judge at Kadapa.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to pay an amount of Rs.10 Lakhs to defendant Nos.2 to 4 covered under Ex.A.2 endorsement, if ultimately suit is decreed and she will not press into service Ex.A.2 in the suit.

Learned counsel for the respondents also consented for the above proposal.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case.

In view of the understanding between the parties, all the Civil Revision Petitions are allowed setting aside the orders dated 07.07.2017 in O.S.No.46 of 2010, 13.11.2017 in I.A.No.1286 of 2017 in O.S.No.46 of 2010 and order dated 13.11.2017 in I.A.No.1287 of 2017 in O.S.No.46 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the IV Additional District Judge at Kadapa. There shall be no order as to costs.
