THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE MS. JUSTI CE J. UMA DEVI WRI T PETI TI ON No.40862 of 2017 ORDER: (per Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri G.Rama Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioners, having argued the matter for some time, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies before the Appellate Tribunal in accordance with law. This was in consequence to Sri Maruthi Jadhav, learned counsel representing Sri B.S.Prasad, learned counsel for the respondent bank, pointing out that in the event the petitioners assert that there is any ambiguity in the order passed by the Appellate Tribunal, it is open to them to seek review thereof under Section 22(2) of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
