O R D E R
The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent No.4 - Tahsildar, without issuing any notice and following the due process of law, deleted his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject property and that though he made representations on 22.09.2018 and 24.09.2018, has not restored his name and issued new pattadar pass book and title deed, and extended the benefits under Rythu Bandu Scheme. Hence, the writ petition. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the above representations stated to have been made by the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
