THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.42845 of 2017 ORDER:
Petitioner made a representation on 30.11.2017 to 2nd respondent claiming that she was widow of a freedom fighter and to grant house site to her of an extent of 300 square yards in Hanumkonda Mandal, Warangal District as per G.O.Ms.No.185 dt.11.03.1997. Petitioner contends that2nd respondent is not passing any orders thereon. 2.
The Government Pleader for Revenue(Telangana) appearing for the respondents states that 2nd respondent would consider the said representation of petitioner within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.30.11.2017 for grant of house site to her within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
