This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondents in not disposing of the representation of the petitioner to take action against the 5th respondent for constructing cell phone tower in R.S.No.425/2 admeasuring 623 square yards in Prabhu Nagar, Krishna District. It is stated by learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3 that no permission is granted either to the 5th respondent or 6th respondent for constructing cell tower and there is no construction is being carried out.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
