This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the inaction on the part of the V Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, in disposing of I.A.No.633 of 2009 in O.S.No.772 of 2002.

Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

All the counsels in one voice submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of I.A.No.633 of 2009 in O.S.No.772 of 2002 as expeditiously as possible. 4.

In view of submissions made by all the counsels, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned V Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.633 of 2009 in O.S.No.772 of 2002 as expeditiously as possible.
