THE HON'BLE JUSTICE G.SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION No.13252 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.2564 of 2018 on the file of the VIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate at Rajendranagar.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the first respondent-State and perused the record.

Though learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 filed the petition for quashing the proceedings in the aforesaid Calendar Case, he restricts his prayer seeking a direction to dispense with the appearance of the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 in the aforesaid Calendar Case before the Court below.

Considering the request of learned counsel for the petitioners, the appearance of the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 in C.C.No.2564 of 2018 on the file of the VIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate at Rajendranagar, is dispensed with. However, the petitioners/A.1 to A.5 shall appear before the Court below as and when their personal appearance is so warranted, in respect of the aforesaid Calendar Case.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
