THE HON'BLE Dr.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.12280 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, by the petitioners/ A.1 and A.2 seeking to quash the proceedings in P.R.C. No.1 of 2017 on the file of Principal Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Husnabad.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 08.01.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police have completed investigation in the matter and filed charge sheet and the same was numbered as S.C.No.486/ 2017 on the file of Assistant Sessions Judge, Husnabad.

In that view of the matter, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
