HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.44889 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in not releasing the financial assistance of Rs.25,000/- pursuant to the letter dated 21.2.2017, issued by the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the grievance of the petitioners has been addressed by the respondents and recording the same, the writ petition may be closed.

Recording the said statement of the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
