Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri Bethi Venkateshwarlu, submits that he has instructions from his client to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies available under law and, therefore, seeks permission for the same.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
