Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal to the appellate Medical Board.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the appellate Medical Board under Rule 29J of the Mines Rules and it is needless to say that the appellate Medical Board shall entertain the appeal preferred by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing the appeal.
