Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise appearing for the respondents.

It is stated by the counsel on both sides that the issue raised in this writ petition is covered by the order dated 20.12.2017 passed in W.P.No.43147 of 2017.

Therefore, for reasons alike, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to make an appropriate application before the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, Warangal, 2nd respondent, enclosing thereto a Fixed Deposit Receipt for Rs.70,000/- (Rupees seventy thousand only) drawn in favour of the 2nd respondent on any Nationalized Bank, and on such application being made, the subject stock shall be given to the interim custody of the petitioner.
