THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40340 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the Respondent No.3 in not disposing of the application of the petitioner dated 29-1-2016 vide Rc.No.B/297/2016 for mutating the petitioner names and not issuing the Pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of land in Sy.No.49 to an extent of Ac 2-04 guntas situated at Kyathanpalli Sivar of Mandamarri Mandal, Mancherial District (Adilabad District) as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of the petitioner above land and to pass." 2.

The learned Government Pleader produced before this Court a memo dated 20.12.2017, wherein the request of the petitioner for mutation was rejected on the ground of non-production of required documentary evidence. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order dated 20.12.2017, it is open to him to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
