ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to act in accordance with law and to provide individual service connections along with the electrical meters to the houses/flats of the petitioners situated in Sy.Nos.11/8 to 11/18, Khanamet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation contends that the writ petition itself is not maintainable on the premise that there is no common cause of action against all the writ petitioners.

It appears, there is no whisper about the common cause of action in respect of all the writ petitioners. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file individual writ petitions. No costs.
