THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.43899 of 2017 ORDER:
Petitioner had applied in Form 6A prescribed under A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 on 08.01.2013 and 20.06.2015 to 2nd respondent for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the subject property and contends that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon till date.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said applications within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the said applications within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
