Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.Raj Kiran, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4. Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of the respondents in considering petitioner's application dt.18-04-2018 seeking payment of gratuity etc. payable on the death of the petitioner's brother.

Sri B.Raj Kiran, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 states that the 4th respondent will consider petitioner's application dt.18-04-2018 and communicate his decision to the petitioner. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to consider petitioner's application dt.18-04-2018 and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
