ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of mandamus to declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not taking action against the 5th respondent pursuant to the representation dated 04.10.2018 submitted by the petitioner Association for removal of the illegal constructions, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for the Municipal Administration for R1 and learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 to 4.

The petitioner is a Flat Owner's Welfare Association. The grievance of the petitioner is that complaining unauthorized constructions on the stilt floor of their apartment, a representation was made to the second respondent-Commissioner, GHMC, on 04.10.2018, against the 5th respondent, but the same has not been considered even though the period of two months had elapsed. 4.
Learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 submits that the complaint of the petitioners would be considered and action would be taken in accordance with law, if there is any violation. 5.
In those circumstances, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 04.10.2018 of the
CKR, J W.P.No.44970 of 2018 petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
