Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 5.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had preferred appeal No.58 of 2017 under Section 90 of A.P. (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950 to 2nd respondent in June 2017 and that till date, the said appeal has not been disposed of by 2nd respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 5 states that 2nd respondent will decide the said appeal within three months after giving notice to respondent Nos.6 to 12.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner within three months, after giving notice to respondent Nos.6 to 12. No costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
