THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.NOS.34952, 40511 AND 40514 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER Since the issue involved in all these three writ petitions is similar, this court deems it just and proper to dispose of by way of common order. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 4 Sri G. Seena Kumar that pursuant to the orders of this court, e-tenders have been issued and official respondents are proceeding further with the said process and as such, no further orders are necessary. Copy of the said tender notification is also placed on record. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for unofficial respondent, Sri M.R.Tagore, that they have no objection for the said process undertaken by the official respondents.

In view of the above development, no further orders need be passed and the writ petitions are accordingly closed. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that deposits of the writ petitioners are lying with the official respondents. If that being so, it is open for the petitioners to make representation before the authorities concerned ventilating their claim. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
