The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner-company has entered Power Purchase Agreement with the respondents on 31-03-1997 and it expires on 23-12-2017. The petitionercompany has made representations on 19-06-2017, 27-09-2017 and 22-11-2017 for extension of the said agreement. As no orders are passed on the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

In view of the same, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner-company made on 19-06-2017, 27-09-2017 and 22-11-2017 in accordance with law and take action before expiry of Power Purchase Agreement.
