On perusal of the material on record, there is nothing to interfere with the impugned order passed by the learned Magistrate. Hence, the petitioner, by virtue of this order, appear personally before the learned Magistrate and file a fresh application for recall of NBW under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. for the learned Magistrate to consider after hearing by imposing a reasonable amount of penalty on the earlier bond for his absence. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
